These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of the XPLUS24 website and digital software-license services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Seller information

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You are responsible for accurate account and order information, protecting login credentials and promptly reporting unauthorised account activity.

3. Digital products and license scope

Products are digital license keys, subscriptions or related activation information unless a listing expressly states otherwise. No ownership of software copyrights is transferred. Your use is governed by the product listing, these Terms and the relevant software publisher’s end-user license terms. You must not resell, publish, share, duplicate, reverse engineer or use a license beyond the permitted devices, users, region or subscription period.

4. Orders, pricing and taxes

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment for payment failure, pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or unavailability, and will refund amounts captured for a cancelled order. Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added or included as required. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or processing fees.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by the provider displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee approval of a payment method. Payment-provider terms, verification procedures and privacy notices also apply. Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting support about a delivery or activation problem.

6. Delivery and activation

Digital products are delivered to the email address or customer account associated with the order. No physical shipment is made. Delivery and activation requirements are described in the Digital Product Delivery Policy and product listing. You are responsible for device compatibility, correct region, internet access and accurate contact details.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law. For EU/EEA digital content, checkout may request express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins. This does not remove rights relating to non-conforming, defective or undelivered content.

8. Support and acceptable use

We provide reasonable assistance with delivery and activation through the Contact page. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, interfere with checkout or use products for unlawful purposes.

9. Warranties and liability

We aim to provide accurate listings and functioning licenses. Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, services are provided without additional implied guarantees. We are not responsible for publisher outages, unsupported hardware, unauthorised software modifications or failure to follow activation instructions. Liability exclusions and caps apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law and disputes
