Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital software licenses sold through XPLUS24. It should be read with the Terms & Conditions and does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.

1. Contact us first

If a license has not arrived or does not activate, submit the order number, product name, error message and relevant screenshots through the Contact page. Do not publish the license key in screenshots or messages.

2. Situations generally eligible for review

  • The digital product was not delivered within the stated timeframe and support cannot complete delivery.
  • The supplied key is confirmed invalid, already used before delivery or materially different from the purchased listing.
  • A duplicate order or duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • The wrong product was delivered and has not been activated or redeemed.
  • A refund or replacement is required by applicable consumer law.

3. Situations generally not eligible

Subject to mandatory law, refunds are generally unavailable after a valid key has been revealed, delivered, activated or redeemed; where device or software requirements in the listing were not checked; where the customer purchased the wrong platform, edition or region; where activation fails because of unsupported hardware, unauthorised modifications or publisher-account restrictions; or where a subscription period has already begun.

4. EU/EEA digital-content withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may end once supply begins if the consumer expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. The checkout process should record that consent. Statutory remedies for non-conforming or defective digital content remain available.

5. US customers

Refund rights vary by state. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law. Any advertised refund commitment will be honoured according to its stated conditions.

6. Review process and outcome

We may request reasonable diagnostic information and verification that a key has not been activated. Where a claim is accepted, we may provide troubleshooting, a replacement key, store resolution or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate and legally permitted. Bank processing time is controlled by the payment provider.

7. Abuse prevention

Refund requests involving fraud, altered evidence, key sharing, resale or abusive chargebacks may be rejected and accounts may be restricted where permitted by law.
